At the end of the 5-day event, there is a special encore live webinar hosted by Eve Parker and Naomi Teeter on how they knew this was their last weight loss journey and how they kept their motivation for the long-haul. Not only do these women have some major experience under their belt, but they have also been warriors for women in the realm of self-love, overcoming limiting beliefs and losing the excess baggage permanently.

She helps people release the mental, emotional and physical baggage which is no longer serving them.

What's on the Agenda?

5 days may seem like a long time, but when your nose is to the grindstone, it's easy to lose track of time. That's why we created this nifty schedule for you to give you a heads up of what to expect from each day (including the special encore day on Saturday).

DAY 1

FOOD: Food is one of the most pleasurable acts we can engage in. Food is here to nutritious us and be enjoyable. By choosing these adventure below, you not only can lose weight, but lead a more inspiring life.

DAY 2

FAILURES + SETBACKS:
We are taught failure is not an option. But what about those days when we have a setback? Or our weight loss isn't going the way we thought it would? Below are ways in which you yourself can become more successful from your failure and how to handle it when unsupportive situations/feelings occur.

DAY 3

PATIENCE: 6 week programs. 90 days to get the body you dream of. Sound familiar? But is that healthy? And is it sustainable? Naomi and Eve provide reminders on how any movement is still movement. By choosing the patience adventure of your liking, you not only can get the results you want, you may also enjoy the time it takes you to do it.

DAY 4

EXERCISE: Walking. Running. Zumba. Gym. Yoga. Rock Climbing. This process gets to be whatever you want it to be! Part of Naomi and Eve's success was making their movement of choice a way to melt fat and engage in their adventurous side. The adventures below are designed to help you find the most enjoyable route to melt the pounds.

FOCUS + OVERWHELM:
Feeling stuck and being overwhelmed are two very different things. But what do you do when you are feeling BOTH at the same time? Wherever our focus goes our energy then flows. The adventures created for you today will help channel your focus on what you do want and alleviate some of that weight loss overwhelm.

LIVE WEBINAR DAY: Motivation: we all need it! In this exclusive live webinar, we recap the week's themes, discuss how we stayed motivated on our journey and answer all of your burning questions!

  • How much does this event cost?
    Absolutely nothing! Eve and Naomi believe it's their mission to share what they can about a sustained weight loss journey to anyone who's serious and willing to take on this transformational journey (regardless of financial status).
  • What if I don't have weight to lose?
    If you’re a woman who suffers with emotional eating, binge eating, self-sabotage, lack of self-respect, or just can't find the motivational muscle to achieve your big goals, this event may still be beneficial for you! You don't have to need or want to lose weight to gain value from us!
  • What if I can't attend the webinar live?
    No worries! If you register for this event, you will receive a replay of the webinar after it goes live. The trick is you must be registered and stay registered in order to get the replay sent to you. Which shouldn't be a problem if you're really digging the info and advice you're receiving, right?
  • How long will I have the Facebook community support?
    We can't promise you that it will be around forever. Our hope is to have it up and running for as long as Facebook is FREE and allows us to hold this space for you. Eve and Naomi will check in on the group periodically after the 5 day series is over and may offer additional resources and encouragement along the way.
  • How should I approach this?                   This is very much a learning experience that requires your engagement and not just passive listening. Every day, we offer background on why that day's theme is of high importance, what we wish we knew about that area of health when we weighed 300+ pounds, and "choose your own adventure" actions via downloadable worksheets. Do the work we ask you to do, reap the results.
  • What if I need personalized support?
